UBUKI

Ubuki ni isoko ngari y’amavitamini menshi nka A, E, B1, B2, B5, B6, B12, K, P, D, n’izindi. Harimo imisemburo ngengamubiri itera igikuriro (hormones de croissance), n’ibindi. Butera kurama, bwongera imbaraga mu mubiri no mu bwenge, kandi ni kimwe mu byifashishwa bakora ibyongera uburanga. Ubuki ni ikiribwa kandi bukaba n’umuti uvura indwara zirenga 100. 

Zimwe muri zo ni izi zikurikira :
1) Ibibyimba

9) Umugore urwaye intinyi
ikiyiko cy’ubuki bwiza butacaniriwe ku muriro, kubufata nimugoroba.
10) Ushaka kongera uburanga no kugira uruhu rufite itoto

  UKO AKORESHWA
